DOHSBase MCP server

Occupational exposure limits by CAS number, from DOHSBase (https://www.dohsbase.nl).
This URL is an MCP endpoint, not a web page or a REST API. Add it to an MCP client:

What it will not tell you
  Derived limits are named, never valued. DOHSBase reads limits across from related
  substances; the endpoint reports that such a value exists and which substance it came
  from, and the number stays in DOHSBase Online.

  Most values returned are REACH registrant DNELs. A DNEL is a registrant's own
  calculation that ECHA publishes. It is not an exposure limit and no regulator set it.

  Only bijlage XIII of the Arbeidsomstandighedenregeling binds a Dutch employer. Every
  other value is real law somewhere else and none here.

  No limit is not a clean bill of health. Most substances have no exposure limit anywhere,
  including harmful ones.
